Research and/or clinical interests
Dr. Andrew Coveler takes care of patients with various GI cancers and serves a Director of the Pancreas Cancer Specialty Clinic at the Fred Hutch. In addition to striving to provide great care to his patients, he strives to improve future outcomes for patients. To this end, he participates in Phase I, II and III clinical trials of novel agents including small molecules and has a special interest in treatments that attempt to harness the immune system to fight cancer.
