Dr. Francesco Mazziotta focuses on understanding immune dysfunction in acute myeloid leukemia and other hematologic malignancies. His research integrates experimental models and computational tools to investigate mechanisms of therapy resistance. Clinically, he specializes in adoptive cell therapy, including chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells, TCR-engineered T cells, and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs). His work bridges translational research and clinical trials in both hematologic and solid tumors.
