Research and/or clinical interests 

Dr. Phuong Vo specializes in blood stem cell and bone marrow transplantation for non-malignant and malignant blood disorders. Her clinical research focuses on optimizing transplant outcomes by using novel reduced-intensity conditioning regimens to improve post-transplant relapse and complications. 

Current projects include: 

  • Investigating the use of radioimmunotherapy in combination with reduced intensity or nonmyeloablative conditioning regimens to reduce post-transplant relapse rate.  
  • Optimizing treatment of acute graft-vs.-host disease.
